Hi, my name is Amanda and I'm the owner of Move Dudes LLC. I was born and raised in Washington and I love helping people move around our beautiful state. I grew up on a farm in Skagit County (Canales Produce) and now I live in Lynnwood with my kids (who think being a Move Dude is the coolest thing ever).
People always ask me why I named the company Move Dudes when I'm a woman. When I think of "dude", I don't think of man or woman, I think dude-vibes, and I pretty much use the word dude all day long no matter who I'm talking to. Plus, I just thought it sounded cool!
I love being in the moving business and I mean it when I say I want every single customer to be happy with our service.

Our business is insured. Our trucks are insured. Our staff are insured. The stuff we transport is insured. We're super covered.
The Move Dudes
Our employees are also super legit. We background check EVERY SINGLE employee. Anyone who has been convicted of a crime involving theft, burglary, assault, sexual misconduct, identity theft, fraud, false statements, or the manufacture, sale, or distribution of a controlled substance is automatically disqualified from employment with Move Dudes.
It's also super important to us that we hire dudes with fantastic work ethic and positive attitudes.
Legal Registered Business
This one's probably obvious, but just to cover our bases... we are a legally registered business license in Washington State (UBI 604-630-036 ). We have employees so we also have an EIN and are registered with the Employment Security Department and Department of Labor and Industries.
DOT/UTC
The household moving industry is regulated by the Department of Transportation and the Utility and Transportation Commission. We're registered with both.
